Nichole Mentzer is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), and member of the Thrive Mama Collective. She is passionate in helping women reach their full potential and assisting growing families in achieving a place of peace and gratitude. Nichole primarily practices Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Strengths Perspective, and Trauma Focused therapies. She uses the appropriate therapeutic interventions best suited for the mother and her family. Nichole has an extensive background in working with women, families, and victims of trauma. She has an A.A.S. in Crime Victim/Survivor Services from OSU-OKC, a B.A. in Family Studies and Gerontology from Southern Nazarene University, and a Masters of Social Work from the University of Oklahoma.
As a mother of a spirited child, she has come to fully appreciate the transformative experiences birth and motherhood has to offer. Nichole enjoys traveling and finding gratitude in the small moments in life.
